Dr Arison Woo received her Bachelor of Business from the University of S. Queensland, Master of Science in Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration from The University of Newcastle.

Dr Woo is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong and a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia. She served as an examination assessor and acted as a member of the editorial sub-committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians. Dr Woo participates actively in the Alumni Association (Hong Kong Chapter) of The University of Newcastle. She was elected as their honorary auditor and committee member from 2004 to 2007.

Dr Woo has teaching and work experience in auditing and taxation. Prior to joining this institution, she had taught different bachelor’s degree programmes co-offered by the School for Higher and Professional Education of the Vocational Training Council and The Open University of Hong Kong as well as overseas universities.

Dr Woo is an author of BAFS Examination Guide for HKDSE Business Management Module (Manhattan Marshall Cavendish Education).
